Large five-story factory full of furniture and other artifacts. Fire has damaged the entire front section of the first floor and worked its way up to the top of the stairwell. In the winter, melting snow from the roof leaks steadily and many of the floors are covered in ice.

Victoreen Inc. was founded by John Austin Victoreen (1902-1986), a self-taught engineer, in 1928 and produced radiation measurement instruments for the Nuclear, Medical, Mining, Defense industries until its closure in the 1980's. In the years following the closure, several other companies occupied the building as it gradually fell into disrepair. It hasn't been used since at least 2009, maybe longer. Part of the rear of the structure has been demolished and the front has been damaged by fire. Famously known for production of the iconic bright yellow Geiger Counters/Survey Meters: CDV-700 (Geiger Counter, employing a Geiger-Müller tube on an external probe) CDV-715 (Ionization Chamber) CDV-717 (Ionization Chamber, Modification of the 715.) Though several companies were contracted to manufacture various models by the Office of Civil Defense, Victoreen is believed to have been instrumental in much of the development process, as well as being the only known producer of the CDV-717. Hundreds of thousands of these instruments were ordered by the Office of Civil Defense and distributed to Fallout Shelters, monitoring stations and first responders during the cold-war, and as such they have became an icon of an era of paranoia when the world was a button-press away from mutually-assured destruction.
