Large, mostly one-story industrial complex. The newer rear section has a second floor and there are two small basements. The tower is three stories. Originally made dental equipment but has been used by multiple companies in the interim. Some rooms have fire damage or collapses. Several cats live in the building.

The Harvard Co. was built in 1896 and multiple additions were added in later years. The most recent was a loading dock in 2004. Originally, dental equipment was made in the factory. Later, the buildings were used by other companies including Carbide Tool & Abrasive, a woodworking business, and auto parts businesses. It was vacated between 2004 and 2011. In October 2011, the building was damaged in an arson fire. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The building was purchased on 2.25.2014 by the Canton City Land Reutilization program from the previous owner BDM Properties LLC. Their plan is to demolish the entire complex in favor of a new industrial park.
