This is actually a plot of three places, but I've only listed the most interesting one.

Type: Building
Status: Demolished
Accessibility: Incredibly easy, just stroll on in. Neighbor's dog is a little annoying and barks at you, giving you away.
Recommendation: drop everything - must see

Possible asbestos, but it seems to have either been redone, or built just after the ban.

a treasure trove of old things, like a time capsule, only slightly tainted.

neighbor's dog, not really a hazard as much as it's annoying.

Respirator, if light mold bothers you a lot, but it's hardly needed.

As far as I can tell, this place is a damn time capsule, or was moreso when I first found it. Luckily, few if any local youth have been through to wreck the place, and most Graffiti artists were very respectable, taking paintings off of the walls and putting them back when they were done, others were obviously kids. The location contained (and still contains fewer, but still many) artifacts dating back to the 1950's to 70's, is in pretty good condition too. A newspaper clipping (which I left on the side door, around the middle on a little lip) leads me to believe the owner died back in 1992, and the house has remained this way since, unoccupied. Amazingly, the place was also untouched for a long time, and contains (as of writing) a 1960's electrohome record console, 1950's fridge, and two old tube/color TV's from the 50's in the basement, along with several bits of old furniture.

To be demolished for some cookie-cutter estate homes.
