A 5-storey apartment building containing 44 apartment units - it was acquired along with two houses behind it to make a large condo building, however that development has not panned out and the building sits in limbo. While all the units are empty, the building is in pristine condition and still has power and heat running in most sections. Demolished in 2019. A 16ish storey apartment tower is being built in its place.

Each apartment is slightly different, with some having modern kitchens and recent renovations and others falling far behind. The hallways and stairwells are very indicative of the period the complex was built in. But most importantly, the roof view is great!

Glen Briar apartments were built in 1954. The apartment complex includes 44 units ranging in size of one and two bedrooms. In the basement there was a laundrette and storage lockers for tennants. The property was acquired along with two houses to the west to be part of a large condo building development. The developers encouraged eviction as early as 2008, but it is not clear when the building became completely vacant. In 2009, the City declined the condo development proposal, wanting to see a better "transition" from the high rise dense developments on Avenue Rd. to the large but low-density residences of Forest Hill. In addition, one of the houses part of the development property had a heritage designation, and the proposals did not contain any plans that were in accordance to heritage property regulation. A third blow against the development was poor sales. The three buildings have sat in limbo ever since. Demolished in 2019. A 16ish storey apartment tower is being built in its place.
