60 floors and 683 feet tall, Massey Tower is the new ugly-ish building that's built near Dundas square. In addition to the construction of the tower itself, the historic early 20th century theatre below will also see a huge renovation. It's being developed by MOD Developments and was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects.

The base of the tower is built over top the heritage Canadian Bank of Commerce Building that's been vacant since 1987, and can be explored while making your way up the tower. Furthermore, the top floors of Massey have a cantilever style scaffolding that is used to store a bunch of excess materials. It can make for some interesting climbs and photos.

Construction started in 2014, and the old bank below was built in 1905.
