St. Peter's Hospital was formed from the Emergency Medical Hospital at Botleys Park in 1939, and it joined the NHS in 1948. Parts of it were rebuilt and expanded in 1967 as well as in the 1980s, 1990s and onwards into the early 2000s.
Parts of the site have been closing since around 2010 but the majority of the hospital is still active.
