This location is huge, it is 653-acres of land and contains approximately 42 different buildings of varying sizes and states of decay. Most buildings are 2 stories tall with a basement floor as well. Not an quick explore if you want to catch all of the interesting sites.

It's a old fashioned laboratory, with all kinds of stuff inside. From a microbes laboratory, incinerator, slaughter house, offices, pig pens and many others. It has practically everything.

This is the Complex which was the HQ of the American Cyanamid Agricultural Division. The site was pretty secretive about what went on there but for the most part it seemed like they did experiments on animals and developed pesticides.

It seems to be that in the coming couple of years, after the court suit is settled, it is going to be turned into housing or used for other purposes. While there is a lot of publicity about the ongoing redevelopment, it doesn't seem like it will be any time soon, seeing as the company that owns the site is still in the middle of suing West Windsor Township to change the zoning of the property, which may be a few years. In addition to this several of the buildings contain asbestos insulation which, due to EPA requirements they will probably have to take several years to remove before they can just demolish the site.
As of June 27th 2020, Atlantic Realty has reinforced the gates that block off the 3 roads at the Number 1 and Number 2 Entrance to the inner roads of the complex with chains and locks to keep people from just opening the gates.
As of Feb 2021, the 3 gates have been replaces with Large Cinder block walls several feet high and Number 3 Entrance to the roads has been cleared and has a gate installed, more securely but similar to what the previous gates had looked like. Construction vehicles are now inside the complex which would seem to indicate that they will start demolition work soon.
As of March 2021, Demolition of parts of the Greenhouses and some of the machinery buildings nearby to the R&D courtyard. In addition, Most of the Greenery that covered the roads and were between the roads and the buildings, in order to make demolition easier. Also, The main Administration building is being demoed and while it was hard to see from the road, it seem pretty clear entering from any of road entrance is mostly, if not completely impossible.
As of Fall of 2021, Most of the buildings are either partially or completely demolished. The Glass Skybridge/Walkway connecting the R&D Building and the Office Hall is completely destroyed. Many more construction and demolition vehicles can now be seen. Most of this Location's value has been demolished, leaving it a husk of its former self.
