I didn't have a lot of time, but my mom knew where they are building the new hospital, so it wasn't hard to find. Earlier in the day she had been questioning me about exploring and the inherent dangers, so to appease her I invited her along (also because she would have to drive me there). It was so cute. She kept telling me to 'look out' for the one missing floorboard, and she pointed out the faux wood grain painted doors. We were also lamenting how such a beautiful house could be left to rot like this, although it doesn't matter since it will be torn down for the new hospital. All in all, I think she enjoyed herself, although I don't think she will be joining me anytime soon.
