  I figured it was, or was meant to be. Maybe a big tank on wheels, hooked to a tractor, with a sprayer attachment on it? I figure it would be used to spray the fields to fertilize crops.

  its the regulator gauge to a liquefied annhydrous ammonia tank.....for fertilizer

  Totally nasty chemical. One whiff and you're ammoniated.
