Ahhh, here we go.... the meaning of this collection becomes clear. I'll be the bulk of those fighters have had thier spars notched to make them unworthy to fly.

This may be a stupid question, but...
Can the spars be repaired to make those fighters air worthy again? (assuming the spars are notched)

I used to work at a museum with a number of old Canadian Forces jets, a lot like this museum... engines are removed, the aircrafts are essentially shells.
