My last apartment was ALL aluminum and had cutler hammer in it if I remember right.. but it was also built in late 50s/early 60s. I still question why they needed 3 panels - 3 fairly large panels at that. The place is about the size of my house and really didn't have much equipment in it. I've worked in similar sized restaurants that got by with 1 single panel as well.
