I'm guessing some squatter family had whatever Christmas they could here, and the kid got a TMNT toy. That's really sad.

I found a mangled artificial tree in an abandoned battery factory among toys, Halloween costumes, WIC vouchers, clothing, photos and a Garth Brooks cassette. This picture looks cheerful in comparison.
