2x, you are my UE hero. THIS is what it's about-documenting history, the places no one gives a shit about until they are long gone, the snapshots of the way life was in the past. just because it's not big, scary, or hard to access doesn't make it any less important. firewheel sucks my balls after i've been out all day sweating, and the creeping yuppy-ism in north texas is even worse. keep up the good work.

creeping yuppy-ism what great terminology man! dont forget the greedy real estate developers they are the real anti-Christs in my opinion

ps the mud dobbers that built that nest seemed to be gone but the yellow jackets were swarming, it was real hot and dry inside and silent, you could hear the wings buzzing from across the living room

nice article. i wouldnt be so rough on the evil capitalists, at least all this construction is work for thousands of folks. If you worked hard and made good money, wouldnt the idea of building a new house in a nice area be somewhat appealing? (btw my wife and i barely scraped together 55k last year)

I agree with CN. These smaller often forgotten and over looked places can sometimes be the most interesting, especially with the history. Great gallery as always man.
