The parcel of land it is on was a small peice of land in the mountain/peel st-james/notre dame square that was never owned by the grand trunk. During the negotiations for labatt park it was one of the holding points. the entire parcel was owned by canada lands except the corner, and molson was holding out for a lot more money (im sure they werent happy thier land was being used for a ballpark named for thier compettitor) Posted by maZe 2/27/2009 1:23 PM | remove   ...
