the worst is they advertise the lofts as "artist's lofts"! I dont know a single artist that can afford a 300k loft, even the ones that are getting grants. heh especialy not them..

Actually Frigo, I knew a few artists that lives there and that's how I got to visit them. I'm not gonna give names of all those famous people but one that I think is common knowledge as he does he radio show from his loft is Gregory Charles. He bought his loft when this was renovated and he lived there ever since. He's got a very nice one, in Phase 1, with view on the river.

maZe,maybe frigo meant by "artist" : painter-sculptor-writer that are usually poor .Gregory Charles is not that situation...( he's so good that guy! )

J'ai fait une prestation privée pour gregory charles cet été. Je lui ai joué de la guitare classique pendant environ 30 minutes. Selon lui, ma technique est irréprochable et j'ai un très bel avenir en musique... AHAHAHA Grégory qui est l'artiste maintenant!?

Alors on a hâte que tu achètes ton loft pour nous y inviter ....ainsi ,à mon tour je ferai une prestation....Blague à part,bravo j'espère que ça t'a donné un "boost" pour continuer à travailler fort....!
