It's a pretty simple Control Room compared to those you can see over the internet from Chernobyl or Other big nuclear plants with thousand of gauges, switches and other cool stuff and operators dressed up like surgeons :) Bye.

Reactors are typically controlled via a custom operating system program. They don't even use a stock BIOS. The software must be licensed by the NRC the Windows EULA prevents you from using it for life-critical systems anyway. And that's if they are using an off-the-shelf computer to run it. Most are specially designed, and only a few off-the-shelf compuiters can be legally used to control a reactor (Certain models of Sun and SGI workstations, some IBM old iron, the Cray SX series.)
That windows machine probably is used to handle the reactor reporting and logbook, personnell issues, things like that.
