I know! POV signifie permis d'occuper la voie, d'un point milliere a un autre dans un territoire donné (subdivision).
(merci à mon grand-père qui a travaillé toute sa vie pour le CN!)

Je rephrase parce que je constate que je ne peux pas écrire correctement ce matin. Un POV, c'est un permis d'occuper la voie, qui s'applique d'un point miliaire à un autre, dans un territoire donné et sur une voie donnée.
