Only a year ago did I learn why it looked so dated, yet unfinished. I hope it gets finished someday. It would be a real shame to have wasted all that money. What sort of trouble (fines, driving records, etc.) would someone be in i caught traveling it by motorcycle? Looks like the unfinished section near the middle is frequented by traffic of some sort.
