I never understand why squat are always so trashed, dirty and messy. I mean, my room is a mess, but I don't let butch all over the place .... If you live there , it would be easy to just clean a bit

if you lived, or partied, or whatever there, cleaning it would mean taking a ceratin amount of responsibilty for it such as demanding that others keep it clean too....it opens all kinds of doors towards "ownership" which is probably something none of these people are ready to do. "This is my life" is not something you want to say when you look in there, so you change the words around call it a shooting gallery and get on with whatever your thing is.......

Interesting point Charlie, It’s giving the felling of the people ho lived there. Seeing some of those places thrashed so deep give us a better idea of what the people that lived there must have gone thru.
But what I really mean is that, If I had no other place to live than a little hidden shack. This isn’t to my benefit to trash it so hard that it make it non-livable. I’m talking in general.

I know their story.. they are junkies.
Junkies don't perceive things like the need for cleaning. All junkies perceive is shooting, and throwing the needle in the way where people could stick themselves with it.
