I would guess it will just decay on its own. From what i gather the hole was blown prior to 1980.

From Wikipedia-The Lake Leigh dam was built from 1905–1907, April 20, 1958, the 1907 concrete dam at Lake Leigh developed a hole, causing Pennsylvania State Police to evacuate close to 2,000 people from the park.
