  For what it's worth, thats a flex plate in the dirt below the tire. Bolts to the crankshaft of an engine and gets turned by the starter motor.

  difference between a flexplate and flywheel? Flywheels usually have clutches bolted to them; flexplates have torque converters attached to them.
