That pile had to have been illegally dumped there either by the owner of the land, I'm guessing. The pile is so large that you'd be heard and seen dumping it. It's a massive pile of plywood, tires (someone wheels, some without), and junk. The pile is at least 30-feet diameter by 6 or 7 feet tall.
