I didnt notice instead of cooling fins they used these hollow double walled tubes. I saw one of these in a car radiator for the transmission fluid intercooling when i looked down where you fill it. This looks like a 3 phase bank. These transformers were rebuilt by SOLOMON CORPORATION.
