Kinda. It's a sink / toilet unit where you can empty buckets / bed pans / sample bottles and then 'flush' the contents away.
Often there will be a set of taps mounted to pour into the sluice to let you wash things off.
Not to be confused with a 'SluiceMaster' which is something quite different.

also really common in emergency and operating rooms to put blood soaked items in as well durring surgery/trauma
