I might even consider greasing some palms just to get in and shoot close ups or shots from the bridge etc. that may be the only way now that this place is fenced off almost everywhere you could begin to walk to

Good luck to ya. I'd love to see more of this place. My dad used to be chief engineer at the Port of Montreal. So stuff like this turns my crank accordingly.
