He said that this tunnel turns a corner to the left, hidden by the post at the end, and continues for one mile under downtown. I do not believe him. It looks too much like the other dead-end tunnels that I found. He would not let me get into this tunnel, DAMMIT! Note that there is no sign that there were ever pipes or cables or anything in this tunnel. I think that both tunnels were provisional and never used. Maybe there was a plan to sell steam and electric current from the theater's power plant to neighboring buildings. Then the Depression happened, and the plan went nowhere.
