7 / 18   Buildings 64, 56, and External Proton Beam Hall

Description
Starting from the left, we see Building 64, which is now part of Life Sciences. Building 56 in the middle is the Biomedical Isotope Facility, and is unrelated to the Bevalac. The high wall behind Building 56 is the western edge of the External Proton Beam (EPB) Hall, where experiments were housed when the Bevalac was active.

This pic is a few years old - you'll find lots of hybrids there now.

The only vehicle I like in this picture is that red conversion van on the far right.
Long live the conversion vans!
