I would imagine the brick exterior has helped in some ways protect the property.

I hope the owners come to their senses by cleaning up the place and putting it back to use. Seems to be a nice house to live in.

i believe that property was bought out by developers and will be developed in the next few years. The owners of the house probably got a pretty penny for it
