that's quite a big tank. Would be nice for a rifle range (a lot of precision air rifle use compressed air), but only if it has the right hookups. Then again, God only knows what pure oxygen would do to the internals of a $1600+ air rifle.

Tanks like that are generally used for large scale demo operations for oxy/acetylene cutting torch outfits.

Looks like they were doing some demolishing/salvaging. The tank was hissing because of the pressure relief valve. The oxygen is stored as a liquid inside the tank. As it gradually heats up the liquid turns into gas, and the pressure must be released or else it will explode.
