Description
I'm not sure what this is. It looks like ice, but the temperature was in the 70s, and we hadn't had any good freezes. I'm assuming it comes from leaking chemicals in the tank farm.

How big of an area did this stuff cover?

It was scattered in the chemical producing areas, however, there was enough laying around just on the ground to make the EPA declare the entire property a Superfund site. Who knows how much stuff is on the ground.
