Underground Dog Walk

I posted these photos a while back but thought I'd add it as a location for an unsecure, pretty easy yet interesting trip.
I bought some rubber boots for three dollars at the Kidd Springs Garage sale and figured I'd try 'em out here. I've been in the drain a couple of times but without a camera or light so I took the dogs, a couple lights, camera and new boots for an underground stroll. The dogs loved it and would run splashing ahead until they couldn't see where they were going and wait for me to catch up. My headlight gave out after about a quarter mile and my backup started to crap out shortly after so I didn't get to see as much as I'd have liked. This drain is definitely NOT one you want to tackle blindfolded as the floor is a running creek and is water carved and rocky. I recomend it though, especially to newbies. I'll probably hit it again sometime when I'm better prepared and see where it starts.
