I've been looking at this place for a while and today there was an overhead door open and a truck parked so I popped in hoping to get the grand tour. The caretaker was very nice although he wouldn't let me in and gave me a little of the history, along with useful information about the building's security. I won't post it here but I will fork it over if asked through PM.
