An on-site security guard who Lissyssil spoke with recently told him that the military had recently rented the tower to conduct forced entry training. The evidence of this was vast. Every door on floors 2-5 (I think) had been blown off the hinges (with burn marks left on the frames). There were large holes in the walls where they had blown through the bathrooms. Most rooms had large chunks of their interior walls knocked through to the connecting rooms. Vast destruction. Looks like they had a good time.
