Upon todays visit I noticed a for sale sign outside. While showing camarochic the place she flips a light switch and the freakin lights come on! It was the VERY last thing I expected. So what that means is it's power has been restored in order to repair and sell it, somebody bought it and has a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooog road ahead of them or a squatter (unlikely) has jumpered the ecectric. Anyway, i'd say this location is a done deal.
