A Mouser tag! We've been fascinated by these since we first noticed one in a small East Bayfield drain, ages ago. Since then we've found them in drains all over Barrie, including the Happy Hour and several of the drains it connects to. We don't know who Mouser is or was but he tends to show up alongside Black Hearts graffiti and we do know he goes a long, long way into drains. It's a mystery! :D
