Up the ladder, across the grate, down (carefully) over the side, test that the wheel's too rusted to start moving under your weight, sit in the middle. Then, say "hey, Asher, take a picture of me doing something stupid!" :D The wheel itself was actually wedged into place and wasn't going anywhere, else I wouldn't have gone near the spiky bastard.
