Paris Catacombs - Maps
The map below is a Giraud map, probably the most detailed, accurate and beautiful map of the Paris Catacombs. I used to have a full Giraud map, but lost it in a move to New York. About 2 years ago this map was also located on the Internet at full scale. At this scale you just don't get much detail at all, but look at the zoom in sections. All that tiny writing was done at about .5 cm height. The entire map is almost 1 metre high.
The section outlined in red on the left of the map is the Valley De Grace - which is the section of the main map shaded in red on the top right. The area outlined in green in The Beach (La Plage). This map is interactive, click on areas highlighted in blue for more detailed maps.
