Here's a couple pictures of my truck right after the local mudbogs, jump-starting my buddy's truck.
I got a new set of tires for it, 35/15/15 TSL's. I had to test them, so I took the truck to a buddy's house. The truck did great, I love the new tires, buuuuuuut....
My buddy stuck his 3/4 ton diesel suburban on 36's in a creek, and when I went to pull him out, I blew up something in the front end. Going on sound alone, either the driver's hub, one of the driver's axle shafts, or the ring and pinion. I haven't looked yet. I doubt it's the ring and pinion, since there's no slop in the pinion and in four wheel drive with the hubs unlocked, it spins freely and makes no noises. I'm really leaning towards it being the hub, because of the sound, it made a few grinding noises before the final snap. If not, it'll be a good time to install a set of moly axle shafts. Anyways, here's a picture of the truck with new tires, sitting on the trailer after it broke.
