Update! Tried three new versions of this. New ingredients in bold.
1- 1 banana, 1 orange, handful baby spinach, water, 1 tbsp flax seeds,
1 tbsp hemp protein powder = pretty sweet, but yummy.
2- 1 banana, 1 orange, handful baby spinach, water,
2 tbsp hemp seeds (no shell) = awesome because hemp seeds are awesome. Protein + omega-3s!
3- 1 banana, 1 orange, handful baby spinach, water, 2 tbsp hemp seeds OR 1 tbsp ground flax seeds,
1-2 tsp spirulina = also awesome. Spirulina smells funky, but doesn't taste bad. You really can't taste it that much in the smoothies.
Now for my new one:
2 oranges, 1 mango, juice from half a grapefruit (I used a cheap juicer and added some pulp) 1 tbsp raw honey, ice. This one is soooo goood
Good amount of vitamin C and A too!
