| | | BTW - the open screen door is not an opening to the house, it was simply inside the Garage. But yes, I concur - cat ghosts!

| | | Thanks Bubbles! My new Kitty 'Bender' was found boarded into a barn on the Pickering Airport lands by an explorer. His little feet were frozen into the ground. He had severe frost bite and he was malnourished. Thank you to whoever of you found him. Apparently an explorer opened the barn, found the cats and reported them. I volunteer at the shelter and when I heard about his story - I took him home instantly.

| | | My cat is a former feral/barn cat of 5 years, and is the best behaved house cat I have ever had. She even runs to the door to see who's there when someone knocks on it.

| | | Sadly, too many. I am a volunteer at both Toronto Humane Society and Durham Humane Society. The cruelty I have seen ... I will never forget.
Below is a couple pictures of Bender - he LOVES to hug and be held. Although his pads are permanently damaged, he still lives an active life. The last picture is MacGyver. I found her in another abandonment. She can get out of anything. I found her trying to climb up giant Hay wall to escape the tomb she had been left to die in.

I used to volunteer for the Humane Society of Durham Region before the fire. Still haven't got around to seeing the new building. I work at the VEC in Toronto (emergency clinic that has its own tv show!) and we still do see cases of neglect and abuse too (THS and Animal Services bring in some bad cases for us to look at).

See these kitties are what you call free range kitties. Maybe the owner still feels responsible for all the kitties. http://www.youtube...s_video&playnext=2

| | | Omg BB you're so pretty. Adorable little kitties you've got there. I found an abandoned cat at one location I was in last month, I tried to bring her home but my partners in crime didn't want to pay the vet bills and myself being a teenager I couldn't afford them. Poor kitty.
