we checked. it's a plaster cast dummy. Thank fucking god. I'm hoping you didn't learn that from personal experience.

Jeez, I would have been a little nervous too. Great find though! & part of my professional job deals with cadavers, thus the freaky fungi facts
The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark. |

Lots of sounds that day, too. We heard laughter from a distance. I think now it was from the platform....but the sound echoed so strangely that I was terrified someone was in the tunnel with us. And there was no quick and easy escape route.

All I can say is that is enough to make me book it even if it wasn't real. lol I watch too many horror movies to think that thing wouldn't eat my soul.

| | | My friends and I visited what's left of an old brewery in south central Minnesota. If history has it right the owner committed suicide in one of the caves beneath the brewery. My friend enjoys taking videos of the places we explore. The three of us were standing together just outside the cave the owner committed suicide in when I told them the place was supposedly haunted so, more as a joke than anything, my friend asked, "Is there anyone here with us?". Nothing happened so we continued to explore, but when we got home my friend went through the footage on high volume. Right after she asked, "Is there anyone here with us?" a raspy voice quickly responds, "Ten of them..." followed by a quieter, slower voice saying "Think so...". It's disturbing how clear the voices are on the recording.

Someone was a damn good artist. I wish I could show you underneath. We took off the mask and all you saw was white plaster, newspaper and tape.

I'm not huge on ghost stories, but that's creepy. There's something inherently spooky about the caves under breweries, anyway. There's one in Cincinatti (not sure if it's still standing) that has an enormous pitch black basement under it, didn't get far enough in to see real well but it seemed to go down at least 2 stories, and right when you entered you step onto a rusty catwalk. Noped the hell out of there. It was summer when I went, and still, and when I opened the door freezing cold air was constantly rushing out. I'm not claiming ghosts, I never thought that, but something about it was creepy as hell.
Won't you help me, Mr. Jesus, Won't you tell me, if you can When you see this world we live in, Do you still believe in man? |

The entire trailer park was abandoned. Judging by some of the dates I saw lying around it's as if everyone left about the same time? I've asked the locals and the ones who did know about the park had no idea what happened? To this day I still don't...

| | | Was in Cottage Grove today checking out an abandoned house/shack. The front entrance looked sketchy as there was a mattress sitting in view and it was really dark, so, being afraid of stumbling in on some homeless people trying to sleep I went around the back which was missing a giant section of wall. I cautiously stepped to get a better view inside to see if anyone was inside. And there was a little boy standing by one of the doorways across the room looking at me. Or at least that's what I thought, until I realized that it was some really well done graffiti. It scared the shit out of me, it looked like a ghost. I'll post pictures of it tomorrow, I happened to not bring a camera with me. [last edit 7/31/2013 5:14 AM by Cassbopeep - edited 2 times]

Somehow getting up close made me realize it was less realistic than I thought. When I saw it yesterday it was a bit darker outside and I was about 15 feet away from it, so it looked a lot more... real. And creepy. [last edit 8/1/2013 6:10 AM by Cassbopeep - edited 1 times]
