If someone is seeing you for a few weeks and blatantly admits to not doing commitment because they "may miss something better"... you should probably move along.

Did this happen to you? It happened to me once, and it was pretty much the worst.

" I feel like you're too good for me..."

"I'm not into labels" or "I'd rather not label this."

"I didn't expect to like you this much, but I'm really hoping my ex will take me back.."

"I may miss something better." Holy shit, that's like putting a contract hit on a relationship.

I've hit this red flag enough times that I just stay away from commitment entirely myself now. I'm not putting my heart on the line any longer.

Obviously I'm not being very clear here. I'm talking people who almost exclusively call you pet names and not your actual name, like ever.

Yes people do call others pet names to friends etc.

That reminds me of someone I know who had a boyfriend who couldn't properly pronounce her last name. He didn't see the need to learn it because his intention was to eventually marry her and give her his. That relationship didn't last because he was a controlling jerk. Probably not as bad as her ex-husband, but bad enough.
