| | | Exploring in the winter can have its advantages. For example, exploring a few days after snowfall will reveal any recent activity. No matter how out of the way their shelter, homeless people probably need to leave to find food (unless they somehow stocked up, which is unlikely). Likewise, security guard patrol routes can be easily tracked, and the presence of any animal larger than a squirrel will be clearly visible via tracks. Of course, this also means that your tracks will be visible too, and if you don't take the time to cover them, your tracks will serve as a step by step guide on how to access the PoE for anyone else who happens by later, so it can be a double edged sword.
