I haven't been able to Urbex in a while because my exploring buddy had to move! Did you find the room full of shoes on that last photo?
The closest I'll ever be to exploring a fantasy dungeon!

A friend been wanting me to come up there for a while. Glad I finally did, that place was worth the 12 hour drive! A beauty of a building!

According to the locals (this was located in Runaway Bay, TX), the authorities suspected fraud/arson in order to collect an insurance payout. How original.

No surprise here. Ive checked it out a couple times even though there looked like a couple semi permanent resident living in it. Main building was locked just the rooms were accessible, no great loss here. Had their own little boat ramp too.
