| | | Posted by theninjalobster Ignore the criticism buddy, you've probably done more this year than most have in the past decade :p You have a LOT of time ahead of you before you're legally an adult, meaning that it's basically open season for the next 4 years. Do as much as you can, solo and in groups. (Just be extra careful when you're on your own!) I started at 13, but it took me far too long to connect to others via the internet; that's when your horizons really broaden. Have fun, stay safe and PM me if you ever need some advice!
| I started at 16, that's the experience I had too. I had an unprecedented amount of insulation from real consequences (and suspicion in certain circumstances) as a minor, which worked in my favor a couple times. On the flip side my age restricted my resources, travel range, and potential exploring partners. Your experience isn't uncommon. But you can make that work for you. Cut your teeth on the stuff in your town, build rapports and a positive reputation here, and when you turn 18 you'll be able to jump into the community with both feet. Fortunately for you, Toronto has a rich history of urbex, especially tunnels and rooftops- the greater Toronto Area's got more locations in the UER Database than any other city in the world (roughly 1500 locations, probably half of which are listed as still standing) so that'll be one hell of a "welcome to the community" present once you earn Full Membership status. I look forward to seeing what you find.
