I recently moved to a much more sparsely populated area of the country, and therefore much less abandonment populated area of the country for college, and as bringing my car out here would cost me a fortune,(why spend money on parking spots when I can spend that money on overpriced plane tickets?), I've started to shift my focus to exploring and climbing more active or simply vacant and unused subjects. I am eyeing a few cranes, and as well looking up to the mountains at some cell towers, and am no stranger to active sites, but just wanted to hear some of how people's experience climbing cranes, cell/radio towers, and other freestanding structures out here has been. I'm relatively new to the hobby so I always like hearing how people's perspectives and experiences differ from my own.

Bridges are my favorite.
I've been seeing lots of old railroad bridges out here. Not nearly as exciting as I'm necessarily used to but I love the history and the views so that's all I care about lol
