i had the same sort of experience yesterday. I was climbing a parking garage on the outside, and as I came around one of the large concrete pillars, I lost my grip and started to fall back. picked a ledge below, and dropped onto that, bent my knees hard and then dropped again to the ground. It was about 2 levels of parking garage high.But since I had been conditioned w/ parkour, I could handle the mental and physical aspects of the drop. I was unhurt in any way.
I was proud of me.
And thats really cool with the roll. I actually need to practice mine more.I can do them on instinct, but I cant force them.
