Any browser built on Webkit should (in theory) render HTML amd and run JavaScript pretty much the same. I test my sites with IE, Firefox (Gecko), and Chrome (Webkit) and consider most of my bases to be covered.
No matter what you test for someone out there will still be using IE 6 on a computer with 800 x 600 resolution and 15 toolbars. My theory is that these people are or should be used to web pages looking like crap. You have to draw the line somewhere.
