| | | SUCK. I have one in my house, or at least I assume it's ancient since every other day it requires a trip downstairs to reset the button. >_> Normally, this was only a slight inconvenience, but now we have neighbors leasing the downstairs apartment (two family house) and it's not proper to go down there even if they haven't moved in yet. It really harshes my mellow when I turn on my shower water, touch up my eyebrows, and return to COLD water. Every other day! Worst part is, even though I love my landlord, (ex-stepdad), he spent his money renovating the downstairs apartment cosmetically, and not functionally. It's like an old Porsche, sure, it looks pretty, but the maintainance is still a mother. Fortunately, neither my grandmother nor myself care much for being proper, and we'll reset the button until our neighbors move in. But fucking seriously, it's time for a new hot water heater, or new pipes, or new filters, or SOMETHING! /rant
