Came upon this last year, I've found a few that are big enough to explore, but I haven't done any recon beyond that. Check it out. http://www.portlandmaps.com/mapping.cfm?ActiveTheme=Sewer+System&action=Explorer&Cmd=Pan&ImgHeight=30 0&ImgWidth=450&ZoomLevel=1&X=7647024.4&Y=689013.655&left=7578665.06&right=7715383.74&top=734586.55&bo ttom=643440.76&lat=0&long=0
The mighty man will become a tinder and his works a spark; both will burn together with nothing to quench the flame. |

Excellent. Hooray for Stumptown. Why is (or was) it called Stumptown, by the way?
I'll walk down to the Pacific, and there I shall improvise. |

The problem with those types of maps it it's hard to navigate. Seattle's is very difficult because it changes the zoom levels automatically when you click. Some times its just easier to ask someone at the city office.

I saw that when I was over in Portland recently. You guys have it good, that's a waaaaay better resource than I've ever seen, anywhere. Maybe I'm just used to digging through tons of digitized image maps and finding nothing, or searching through a GIS database where sewers and drains are all the wrong size and shape, but Portland's system blew me away in it's scope and ease of use. Also, from what I've seen in other cities, asking the city for maps can sometimes get online sewer maps removed! Often they don't quite realize what they're giving away until someone points it out, so be circumspect in your inquiries.
Turn off the internet and go play outside. http://spamusement...hp/comics/view/137 |

Sorry We tried to contact you and Noah Vale and only ended up getting Noah. Atomic (Rinker's Revenge) is living there now, and I guess finding new sites on a daily basis!
